RTC engineers carry a variety of components to repair a rainwater harvesting system as far as possible during any routine service/site visit. There are many rainwater harvesting manufacturers supplying a multitude of different rainwater harvesting systems in the UK. Sadly our operatives might not have a replacement part that is compatible with your rainwater harvesting system during a routine service visit however we would work with the client to ensure a cost effective replacement part is sourced and supplied as quickly as possible.
To maximise the quality and volume of water you are able to reuse and to prevent unnecessary strain on system components.
Yes. Our experienced engineers would be happy to review the rainwater harvesting system and suggestion possible solutions to the clients concerns or requests. This could be e.g. supplying and installing additional stages of filtration or fitting a non return valve to the tank outlet. Whatever the reason for the improvements, RTC are keen to help the client get the most from their rainwater harvesting system.
