Health and safety, honesty and great customer service are values we stand by. Our team of operatives have up to 11 years experience within the rainwater harvesting industry and have extensive knowledge of how to maximise the efficiency of a broad range of rainwater harvesting systems.

Who do you service and maintain systems for currently?

RTC maintain rainwater harvesting systems for a variety of clients. Our domestic clients are just as important to us as our School, University, Store Chain and Facility Management clients.

Parts and spares

RTC engineers carry a variety of components to repair a rainwater harvesting system as far as possible during any routine service/site visit. There are many rainwater harvesting manufacturers supplying a multitude of different rainwater harvesting systems in the UK. Sadly our operatives might not have a replacement part that is compatible with your rainwater harvesting system during a routine service visit however we would work with the client to ensure a cost effective replacement part is sourced and supplied as quickly as possible.

Why maintain a rainwater harvesting system?

To maximise the quality and volume of water you are able to reuse and to prevent unnecessary strain on system components.

Can you help improve my rainwater harvesting system?

Yes. Our experienced engineers would be happy to review the rainwater harvesting system and suggestion possible solutions to the clients concerns or requests. This could be e.g. supplying and installing additional stages of filtration or fitting a non return valve to the tank outlet. Whatever the reason for the improvements, RTC are keen to help the client get the most from their rainwater harvesting system.

Funny smell coming from the rainwater harvesting system?

No problem! RTC are keen to help find the cause of the smell and assist by offering possible solutions.

Can I spread the cost of my visits and/or the cost of a tank clean?
